2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, c/o Spaces, Gertrudenstraße 30-36, 50667 Köln, Germany. The provider processes automatically collected access data (server log files), e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, and browser used, for the technical provision and security of the site. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website operation).
3. Fonts
This website uses fonts that are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google's or any other font provider's servers is made when the page is accessed, and no data is transferred to third parties.
4. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, your information (email address, and where applicable your name and message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
5. Web Analytics with Matomo
This website uses the web analytics service Matomo (cloud edition, operated by InnoCraft Ltd., 7 Waterloo Quay PO625, Wellington 6140, New Zealand) for statistical analysis of user behaviour. Matomo is configured so that no cookies are set; individual visitors are not recognised across multiple sessions. By combining a randomly generated ID with a timestamp limited to 24 hours, and by anonymising the IP address at the point of collection, no device fingerprinting takes place; the ID is also limited to use on this one website, so tracking across multiple websites is not possible.
Data collected includes, among other things, pages visited, referral source, browser type and approximate location, but no directly identifying data such as name or email address. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with InnoCraft Ltd.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of website usage to improve our offering). As no cookies are set, the IP address is anonymised, and no cross-session profiles are created, prior consent is generally not required according to the assessment of several German data protection authorities.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request information about, rectification of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, a right to object to processing, and a right to data portability. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
